Every 6 months or so, a very special thing happens in Thomasville… The extraordinarily talented and dedicated kids of the Thomasville Music & Drama Troupe put on a show that leaves their audience breathless.

This year’s Holiday show was no exception; and weeks later, my kids are still singing and humming the songs, and talking about the show to anyone who will listen!

Oh my heavens, this year has been a whirlwind, and I cannot believe that we’re almost at the end of 2011 already!

I have always been a frequent blogger, and I have to apologize for not keeping the blog as up-to-date as I normally have.   Someone recently asked Renee if we’re not getting enough work.   It was very touching to me that someone was concerned enough about our busy-ness to check in with Renee, but the plain truth is that I have just been incredibly, crazily, WONDERFULLY swamped!  2011 has by far been our busiest year, and we feel so blessed to have been a part of so many families’ lives this year!

I posted on my personal facebook last week that when the lines between “client,” “friend,” and “inspiration” blur and fade into each other, I am at my happiest.  And that is so true.  We have always wanted for the Studio to be a place where people can relax, laugh, and be creative with us; and this year has really been fulfilling for all of us who work here in that aspect.

Since my last blog on Nov. 3rd (GULP!), We’ve had no less than 85 appointments on the calendar!   So, I’m going to share just a smattering of what we’ve been up to during this very busy Autumn, and as the year winds down, I should have more time to blog again, I hope!
